Eleanor Sedgwick

Eleanor offers deeply nourishing relaxation and pregnancy massage, grounded in presence, intention, and genuine care. With over seven years of experience, her work is less about “fixing” and more about creating a safe, comfortable space where the body can soften and the nervous system can truly unwind.

Each session is personalised and begins by tuning into what you need most that day. Treatments may gently weave in elements of breath awareness or guided words, supporting self-connection and deep rest. Eleanor values authenticity, presence, and connection, and brings these qualities wholeheartedly into every session.

Eleanor holds diplomas in Beauty Therapy and Remedial Massage, and is a certified Reiki Level 2 practitioner. While her background is broad, her offering at Meraki is intentionally centred around relaxation-based massage, designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
