You don't need a referral to book. However if your oncologist has specific recommendations or restrictions, it's helpful to let Elena know. She's experienced in communicating with medical teams and can adapt her approach based on their guidance.

The post-treatment phase — often called 'the new normal' — brings its own physical challenges: fatigue, neuropathy, scar tissue, hormonal changes, lymphoedema risk and the psychological aftermath of treatment. Oncology massage continues to be deeply beneficial long after active treatment ends.

Elena is trained to work safely around ports, catheters, drains and surgical sites. She'll always ask about these in your intake form and give them a wide, careful berth during treatment.
